University of Health Sciences, Lahore is looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Educationalist for the Post of Pro Vice Chancellor, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

The Candidate should posses the following minimum attribute.

  • Distinguished reputation as a scholar and academician in the field of Medical Education, having exposure to international best practices in academic functions both in classroom teaching and research (clinical and non clinical);
  • Nationally / Internationally recognized experience in managing quality institutions of Medical Education;
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in resource mobilization; and,
  • A well recognized and accepted skill set for leadership in Institutional Development and Management.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Should have an MBBS / BDS along with an FCPS (Pakistan), Membership of Royal College (UK) / Diplomate of American Board or equivalent National or International terminal qualifications (as determined by the PM&DC / HEC) in the clinical / non - clinical Medical Sciences;
  • Should not be more than 55 years of age at the time of submission of application;
  • Should preferably have vast experience in undergraduate and postgraduate Medical teaching;
  • Should have to his / her credit quality research publications in journals of international repute;
