Procedure

Migration request of undergraduate students is considered only if he / she has passed 1st Professional University Examination in totality.

Migrations from public to private sector colleges & vice versa are not allowed.

Mutual Migration of student shall not be allowed.

Migration request of undergraduate students studying in final year of their respective courses shall not be entertained.

The consent of supervisors and institutions concerned shall be required for migration of postgraduate students.

The student himself/ herself (not through nominee or relative) shall submit an application to Registrar, UHS clearly specifying the valid reasons for migration along with the following:

No Objection Certificates (NOC) from the Principals/ Head of accepting institution clearly specifying the availability of seat.

No Objection Certificates (NOC) from the Principals/ Head of relieving institution

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent University, in case of Inter University Migration.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant regulatory body i.e. PMDC, PNC etc.
-
Detailed Transcript in case of Inter University Migration.

Attested copies of relevant academic record i.e. Matric, Inter, Detailed Marks Certificates of Professional examination.

In Inter University migrations where the syllabi of two Universities are not similar, Equivalence will be determined by University of Health Sciences

A Migration/ Equivalence Committee of the University shall consider all migration cases on merit.

Migration Certificate will be issued on payment of prescribed fee.
