Applications for Pre-qualification of consultants for the resident construction supervision for the construction of University of Health Sciences Campus at Kala Shah Kaku are invited from reputed engineering consulting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.
The firms who wish to have their name pre-qualified are required to submit their application along with the following documents:
  1. Name of the firm, address, date of establishment and organizational set- up

  2. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council.

  3. Details of Past experience in construction supervision of alike assignments including the details of work; carried out, and in hand.

  4. Pre- qualification and registration with other agencies.

  5. Registration with Income Tax Department.

  6. Details of Litigations/ Arbitration with client(s)/ Authority, if any.

  7. Financial Statements for the last three years..

  8. Any other pertinent information in support of this pre- qualification should also be provided, if available.

The application should reach in the office of the undersigned within 16 days of publication of the advertisement .Incomplete applications will not be considered/ entertained.

The consulting firms which had submitted their application in response to previous advertisement should submit their applications /expressions of interest a fresh but they need not attach supporting documents.
