Important Note
The Aspirants can submit this application form with effect from 7th June 2021.
The filled application form along with Bank draft / Bankers Cheque & all necassary documents / Certificates must be addressed to the Registrar, UHS
Applicants must write on the corner of the envelope as "application for experience certificate / recognition of research articles.
At present only faculty experience certificates and recognition of research articles certificates are being issued
